Whether you are an adult or youth, now you have the opportunity to not only learn about mental health and all of its components, but to receive your Mental Health First Aid certification from the state of Alabama!

Training sessions are offered online, and provide the chance to be taught how to identify, understand and respond to signs of mental illness and substance use disorders. This training will cover topics such as connecting with a person in crisis, applying the 5-step action plan, and much more!
