The Hope 4 Heroes and Families Program is a Veterans Administration (VA) funded initiative to promote health and wellness among Veterans and their families. The program is available in the following counties: Autauga, Bullock, Chambers, Choctaw, Dallas, Elmore, Greene, Hale, Lee, Lowndes, Macon, Marengo, Montgomery, Perry, Pike, Russell, Sumter, Tallapoosa, and Wilcox.
Our services on based on individual needs, and include, but are not limited to the following:

• Training/Workshops • Referrals to Community Agencies • Life Skills Development • Family Support and Assistance • Court Advocacy • Recovery Support Services

*For individuals with limited access to computers or WiFi, the Hope 4 Heroes and Families Program can assist Veterans through its Tablet and Wi-Fi Program.
