COSA’s S.T.A.R.R. Coalition is comprised of teens, ages 12-17, from the River Region area. Coalition members serve as “change agents” to address alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs (ATOD) and other related issues (bullying, mental health, truancy) among their peers. Additionally, members participate in youth leadership activities to develop and increase their skills in education and outreach, relationship building, advocacy, and community service.

Coalition members can expect to spend 2 -6 hours a month participating in various activities. To learn more about becoming a member, click here.
