Unintentional and violence-related injuries and deaths can be caused by a number of events, such as motor vehicle crashes, homicide, suicide, domestic and school violence, and child abuse and neglect.
This Healthy People 2020 webinar on injury and violence prevention will focus on activities and interventions related to teen dating violence. Learn how a community-based organization in Colorado is working to address dating violence through the Safe Dates program. Speakers: Dr. Phyllis Niolon (CDC/NCIPC) and Ms. Angela Sillas-Green (Safe Dates Program in Colorado).
