The Council on Substance Abuse-NCADD (COSA-NCADD) is looking for members to join our Youth Advisory Board (YAB). If you’re a student between 10 to 18 years of age, make plans to attend our “Taste 4 Teens” event Thursday, July 12, 6:00 PM-8:00 at Eastbrook Cafe on Coliseum Boulevard.
