Health Fair for Individuals in Recovery

COSA-NCADD’s Health Fair is provided through the Million Hearts Montgomery Project , a program that provides awareness, educational, and screening activities on cardiovascular disease and other risk-reduction topics to individuals in alcohol and substance abuse recovery. Funding for the Million Hearts Montgomery Project made possible through a grant from the Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
